Getting things ready - Air Adjustment

Air Agitation Adjustment
  1. As above, adjust the needle valve until vigorous, but not violent, agitation is distributed uniformly across the surface of the electrolyte. If electrolyte splashes out onto the top of the hanger plate, adjust the needle valve to reduce agitation.
  2. You may have to lift up one end of the gray PVC cover to get a good view of the level of surface turbulence. This is NOT a critical adjustment. Just make sure that you can see uniform agitation along entire length of the ½" slot in the cover. For folks who thrive on numbers, you need about 2 CFM of air for every of square foot of surface area between the anode banks.
  3. Turn off the compressed air using the air switch on the control panel.
  4. That is all there is to it. I bet you thought that it was going to be much harder than this
