Release Liner Take-up Reel HRL 4200, 5200, 6200 
Pressure sensitive adhesives, photopolymers, and many other popular films are shipped with film liners that protect one or both surfaces from environmental contamination. These liners, also referred to as release sheets, peel sheets, or release liners must often be removed prior to lamination. HRL laminators employ drop-in take-up (or stripping) reels that ride on top of the supply roll so that liners are stripped away at exactly the same rate as the film advances. This prevents the wrinkling and bunching that can be seen with take-up systems that use independent drive motors not slaved to the rotation of the supply roll. |
