Over twenty years of experience in manufacturing and selling lamination equipment into the printed circuit industry has taught us that you cannot compromise on the quality of any of your components. This is especially true of the drive motor and transmission. Built around heavy gauge steel sprockets and chains, the roller drive is capable of effortlessly conveying substrates ranging in thickness from 0.001" (25 microns) to 0.197" (5 mm). By overbuilding the drive, we are able to insure the stability of lamination speed.

Overbuilding also insures that very little stress is placed on the drive components during normal operation. You can expect many years of repeatable, reliable lamination from this family of machines.
