Multi-roll Lamination Adapters (MRA) extend the capabilities of our dry-film laminators to include double-sided lamination using production length (500' to 1,000') photopolymer films. These films are commonly available on rolls that range in diameter from 9" to 15". The MRA is also used to laminate pressure sensitive adhesives to labels at the same time that they are being encapsulated in protective laminating films. Combined with the standard 2 roll capacity of Think & Tinker laminators, the 3 additional stations of the MRA allow the simultaneous use of 5 (3" dia.) independently controlled rolls of film. |
